Induction Heating
High-frequency hardening (HFH)
We realize HFH using our custom hardening room. HFH is useful especially for surface, partial and even volumetric hardening, coating of functional areas of all components, for example:
- Rotary surfaces (Shafts, shanks, pulleys, cogwheels, chucks and bearing rings)
- Spherical surfaces (Ball pivots)
- Flat surfaces (Guide rails)
At the moment we have our own generators for a high-frequency and mid-frequency heating with machines for a progressive hardening (maximal diameter 200 - 250 mm, maximal length of heating – 2000 mm) and a one-time hardening (turret). Our custom hardening room includes metallographic laboratory too. This technology is primarily better for big series of components, but we can fabricate even a single piece of all components.
